Ultimate Care Group has multiple premises across New Zealand, providing affordable accommodation for those who require specialised aged care. The ongoing challenge of maintaining occupancy means that educating prospective occupants (and their families) about the benefits of village living is crucial to Ultimate Care Group’s success. We were tasked with making them stand out in the end-of-life care category. Working in conjunction with our sister creative agency Farrimond, we identified synergies in media and creative to raise brand awareness and increase enquiries nationwide through traditional and digital channels. As a result, occupancy across the country has increased significantly.
